The settlement trust created under the confirmed Chapter 11 plan of the Boy Scouts of America told a Delaware bankruptcy judge Tuesday that an abuse claimant's state court suit against a pair of the Scouts' insurers should be barred because it runs afoul of the injunction in the plan.
