Coke Beats '100% Recyclable' Bottle Suit For 2nd Time
A California federal judge has tossed for a second time a proposed class action accusing Coca-Cola and bottling companies of falsely touting their plastic bottles as "100% recyclable," noting the plaintiffs' second attempt "again does not plausibly allege that defendants' recycling allegations are actionable," but granting them one last try.
