White Pine Insurance Co. owes coverage to Keller Automotive LLC under a policy endorsement for wrongful repossession, the company told an Ohio federal court Tuesday, disputing the insurer's efforts to avoid defending the Columbus repair and towing business against an underlying lawsuit.
