    Insurer Persuades 10th Circ. To Let It Reprocess Claims

    The Tenth Circuit upheld on Tuesday a lower court's decision overturning benefits denials by United Behavioral Health for a girl's inpatient mental health and substance use disorder treatment, but reversed a direct award of more benefits in favor of remanding the claims to UBH for reprocessing.
