An insurance company told an Eleventh Circuit panel Tuesday that it should reverse a lower court order compelling an appraisal of several condominium buildings in Florida with Hurricane Irma damage claims, arguing that the decision was premature because the court should have followed rules concerning injunctions and summary judgments.

Insurer Asks 11th Circ. To Reverse Appraisal Order
A Zurich unit told the Eleventh Circuit that a Florida federal judge incorrectly ordered an appraisal of damage to a condominium from Hurricane Irma in 2017.
