Lloyd's Says Ruling May 'Throw Wrench Into Marine Insurance'
Certain Underwriters at Lloyd's London have asked the Fifth Circuit to rehear their appeal seeking repayment of funds spent covering a seaman's injuries incurred while he was aboard a vessel not owned by his Lloyd's-insured employer, saying the court's ruling could "throw a wrench into marine insurance."
