    The Seventh Circuit on Thursday upheld a ruling that Citizens Insurance Co. of America must defend an information technology company against two proposed class actions alleging Illinois Biometric Information Privacy Act violations, finding that the policy's "broad" catchall coverage exclusion provision is too ambiguous to let it off the hook.
