SeaWorld's Sesame Place Hit With $25M Race Bias Suit
A SeaWorld-owned "Sesame Street" amusement park in suburban Philadelphia intentionally ignored Black children who wanted to meet their favorite characters, according to a proposed class action filed Wednesday in Pennsylvania federal court, which seeks at least $25 million in damages.
