    Activist Urges Court Not To Toss Curaçao Expropriation Suit

    An Iranian American women's rights activist is urging a D.C. federal judge not to throw out her suit accusing the Central Bank of Curaçao and Sint Maarten of illegally expropriating her equity stake in a $700 million enterprise in Curaçao, saying the federal court has subject matter jurisdiction under the Foreign Sovereign Immunities Act.
