Agency Asks 11th Circ. To Ax Insurer's $1M Recoupment Bid
A Georgia insurance agency urged the Eleventh Circuit on Monday to reject a Hanover unit's attempt to recover $1 million it paid to settle a trip-and-fall suit, saying that letting the insurer make new arguments on appeal would "pull the rug out from under the district court."
