Panel Grants Rehearing, Substitutes Opinion But Does Not Change Bad Faith Ruling

Younger but noted that this substitution did not alter its earlier holding that there is enough evidence for a jury to reasonably conclude that the defendant insurer acted in bad faith because it delayed acting on its duty to investigate and settle the underlying worker injury claim....
