Behr And Others Will Pay $9M To Ohio Contamination Classes
An Ohio federal judge gave an early nod to a $9 million settlement agreement between car parts maker Mahle Behr USA and others to resolve class action claims that the companies' operations at their Buckeye State plants contaminated properties in Dayton with "toxic, carcinogenic and otherwise ultra-hazardous chemicals."
