An Oklahoma federal judge has tossed a bid by the Alabama-Quassarte Tribal Town for a ruling it is the rightful owner of a tribal trust account containing income derived from disputed land, saying the decision finding the account belongs to the Muscogee Creek Nation wasn't arbitrary or capricious.
