Pulling Seattle's Best Coffee Won't Infringe IP: Borders
Borders Group Inc. on Tuesday defended its efforts to exit a licensing agreement with Seattle's Best Coffee LLC, taking issue in New York bankruptcy court with the Starbucks Corp. unit's insistence that debranding the bookseller's cafes would infringe intellectual property rights.

Borders Wants To Kick Coffee Habit To Save Money
In an attempt to save $10 million annually, Borders Group Inc. sought permission from a New York bankruptcy court Thursday to reject the licensing agreement that allows it to operate Seattle's Best Coffee LLC shops inside some of its bookstores.
