    10th Circ. Gives Entek Access To Lands In Mineral Dispute

    The Tenth Circuit on Thursday remanded a mineral lease dispute between energy company Entek GRB LLC and a grouse hunting lodge owner that refused to allow the company to develop and maintain oil wells on its land, saying Entek is entitled to that access.
