2nd Circ. Frees Indian Harbor From San Diego Enviro Coverage

The Second Circuit on Thursday affirmed a district court finding that the city of San Diego waited too long to notify Indian Harbor Insurance Co. about three underlying suits over gas leaks from the city's sewage system into homes and properties, finding the insurer did not have to prove it was prejudiced by the late notice.
