    A putative class of investors claiming Bank of America Corp. raised billions in 2008 stock offerings without fully disclosing exposure to the secondary mortgage market told the Second Circuit on Friday that the Supreme Court's Omnicare ruling should afford them another crack at the $176 billion financial giant.
