Revel Wins Ch. 11 Plan Confirmation After Forging Peace Deal
A New Jersey bankruptcy judge gave the Revel AC Inc. Chapter 11 estate the thumbs-up on its liquidation plan Monday days after the debtor made peace with myriad warring creditor factions, and over the objections of the federal watchdog, who argued the strategy contained too many liability releases.
