A New Jersey federal court Friday again declined to torpedo a proposed class action against Phelan Hallinan Diamond & Jones PC for listing inaccuracies about a defaulted mortgage loan, saying a recent Third Circuit decision on such alleged false statements did not warrant the case's dismissal.
