RadioShack Corp. landlords took issue on Tuesday with the bankrupt electronics retailer's plan to auction thousands of stores to stalking horse bidder Standard General LP, saying that the proposed process omits key details about the treatment of their leases.

RadioShack Looks To Move Fast On Lease Auction
RadioShack Corp. asked a Delaware bankruptcy judge Thursday to approve procedures to auction off some 1,800 leases immediately, before March rent comes due, including $279,900 owed for five stores on just one street, Manhattan's Broadway.

A Delaware bankruptcy judge on Monday granted preliminary approval of RadioShack Corp.'s debtor-in-possession financing package, allowing the troubled electronics retailer to tap $10 million in the coming weeks while it proceeds with store closing sales and a deal to sell thousands of locations to Standard General LP.
