Circuit panel on Friday ruled that the U.S. Department of the Interior acted properly when it set aside 152 acres in Washington state for a newly recognized tribe, affirming a lower court ruling in favor of the DOI in the underlying dispute involving a nearby tribe and homeowners in the county where the new tribe resides.
