North Fork Tribe Sues Calif. Over Casino Pact

The North Fork Rancheria of Mono Indians of California filed suit Tuesday in California federal court to force the state back into negotiations on a proposed new casino, claiming a referendum by California voters that scrapped their state gaming agreement wasn't the last word on the project.
