Dallas Again Beats FCA Suit Over Affordable Housing
A second suit brought by Dallas developers who alleged the city violated the False Claims Act by lying about plans to promote affordable housing to get federal funding was tossed on Saturday by a federal judge in Texas, who found the claims had already been litigated and dismissed through a near-identical earlier suit.
