Royal Park Fights Deutsche Bid To Nix Funding Source Suit
An investor in 10 residential mortgage-backed securities trusts overseen by Deutsche Bank as trustee has defended its suit accusing the bank of improperly raiding the trusts to cover its defense costs in a separate suit over its handling of those trusts, saying Tuesday that the "plain language" of the trusts' governing agreements doesn't permit indemnification of the bank.
