US House Sues Trump Administration Over Border Wall

The Democrat-controlled U.S. House of Representatives on Friday hit President Donald Trump's administration with a suit in D.C. federal court attacking the constitutionality of the White House's plan to use some $8 billion in funds to build a wall on the southern border.
