Banks Ask 9th Circ. For Coverage In Foreclosure Fights
Wells Fargo and HSBC asked the Ninth Circuit during oral argument Wednesday to find that their title insurer must cover the costs of defending their interests in properties sold in homeowner association foreclosure sales, saying a Nevada district court incorrectly held no coverage was available.
