    American Airlines Beats Suit Over Cuba Property At 5th Circ.

    The Fifth Circuit has ruled that a lower court incorrectly found a Texas man lacked standing to sue American Airlines for improperly profiting off properties the Cuban government purportedly confiscated from his family, but that he ultimately inherited his interest in the property too late to sue.
