Fla. Casinos Seek Full Panel Rehearing In Online Betting Case
Two South Florida casinos told the D.C. Circuit Monday that federal law was abused when it ruled a gambling compact between the state and the Seminole Tribe is lawful, even though it includes online sports betting, because it authorizes gaming off of Indian lands, according to a petition for a rehearing en banc.
