11th Circ. Says Appraisal Order In Irma Case Not Appealable
The Eleventh Circuit denied an insurer's rehearing request in a Hurricane Irma damage dispute with a Florida condominium association and tossed the appeal, finding that the circuit court lacked jurisdiction because a lower court's order compelling appraisal was not immediately appealable.
