USPS Wins Conn. Post Office Property In Sale Option Dispute
On the heels of a Second Circuit opinion, the U.S. Postal Service and a private property owner have agreed to settle a battle over a leased mail facility in New Milford, Connecticut, saying they no longer wish to dispute a purchase option and will draft papers necessary to convey the property to the USPS.
