    The Eleventh Circuit said Tuesday that a district court must take another look at a case in which an employee of a mortgage company allegedly misled an Alabama woman about the status of a foreclosure sale, ruling that the lower court erred when instructing the jury to consider only the employee's knowledge and intent.
