9th Circ. Revives ADA Suit, Slams 'Unjustifiable' Dismissal
The Ninth Circuit has revived an Americans With Disabilities Act suit brought by a partially paralyzed Los Angeles man who sued an L.A. liquor store for failing to accommodate customers with disabilities, admonishing a district court judge for taking it upon himself to dismiss the suit "in a novel and unjustifiable manner."
