The U.S. Department of Justice dusted off the Foreign Agents Registration Act on Tuesday, suing in D.C. federal court to compel Steve Wynn to register as a Chinese agent after it said the business mogul in 2017 lobbied President Donald Trump for a political favor at the behest of Chinese government officials.
