5th Circ. Revives Dallas Rule Limiting Strip Clubs' Hours
A Fifth Circuit panel is scrapping an injunction that barred enforcement of a Dallas ordinance that requires strip clubs and other "sexually oriented businesses" to close during early morning hours in an attempt to reduce crime, ruling that the ordinance likely passes constitutional muster.
