A Montana federal judge has tossed a lawsuit by a man claiming that two members of the Blackfeet Tribe breached their contract to sell a convenience store to him that's located on trust land within the tribe's reservation, saying the suit doesn't raise any federal issues and should be brought in tribal court instead.
