SF Takes Fight Against Homeless Removal Ban To 9th Circ.
San Francisco is asking the Ninth Circuit to vacate a preliminary injunction barring the removal of homeless individuals from public property as long as a shortage of shelter beds exists, arguing that the lower court erred when it concluded the city was violating the Eighth Amendment.
