HP Hit with EPA Suit Over Puerto Rico Superfund Cleanup
HP is among several manufacturers liable for cleanup costs at a Puerto Rican Superfund site where computer parts were dumped, causing contamination of nearby groundwater, according to a lawsuit filed Wednesday by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency.
