Ga. Judge Won't Revive Class Suit Against Travel Websites
A Georgia federal judge on Wednesday rejected a group of 259 cities' request to reconsider a July order directing Expedia Inc. and other online travel companies to remit only certain taxes associated with room rentals in a class action accusing the companies of local tax evasion.
