Judge Nixes Privilege Objection In Allstate ERISA Row
A Pennsylvania federal judge on Friday shot down objections from a group of former Allstate Insurance Co. employees challenging privilege claims the company lodged over a cluster of documents in a lawsuit over retirement benefits that were lost when the workers were forced to either accept contractor status or face termination.
