Dealers Balk At Tax ID Request For BMW Junk Fax Settlement
A class of car dealers that won $3.7 million over claims that BMW faxed them junk mail told a New Jersey federal judge Tuesday that they shouldn't have to include tax identification numbers on their claim forms because individual awards will fall below the IRS' required reporting threshold.
