Supreme Court Is Asked To Review Colo.'s 'Amazon Tax' Law
The Direct Marketing Association has asked the U.S. Supreme Court to hear its appeal of a decision affirming Colorado's tax reporting obligations for out-of-state sellers, arguing Monday that the Tenth Circuit's ruling fails to hold the state law to strict scrutiny intended to prevent discrimination against interstate commerce.
