JPMorgan Chase Bank NA will receive $645 million in a settlement that resolves disputes with the Federal Deposit Insurance Corp. and Deutsche Bank AG over the bank's 2008 purchase of Washington Mutual Bank NA, JPMorgan said Friday in a regulatory filing.
