9th Circ. Cuts Poker Accounts From Tax Suit
A California man will not have to pay penalties for failing to disclose his online poker accounts to the Internal Revenue Service, a Ninth Circuit panel ruled in a partial win for him Tuesday, saying that they do not count as foreign financial accounts that require disclosure to the agency.
