The full Federal Circuit on Monday denied Albemarle Corp.'s request for rehearing en banc in a dispute with the Internal Revenue Service over a denied foreign tax credit refund, upholding a decision finding that the specialty chemicals company's claim fell outside of the 10-year statute of limitations.
