A woman challenging the government's ability to enforce a tax lien and sell a home she owns with her tax-deficient husband asked the Sixth Circuit on Thursday to reconsider its decision to allow the Internal Revenue Service to sell her interest in the property.

Feds Can Sell Wife's Interest In Home In Lien Row: 6th Circ.
The Sixth Circuit on Wednesday said the federal government could enforce a tax lien and sell a home owned by a married couple, shooting down the wife's argument that the government should sell only her tax-delinquent husband's interest in the property.
