Expat Says Tax Court Ignored Evidence In Residency Row
A man who expatriated to Germany and contests the Internal Revenue Service's decision that he owes U.S. taxes on stock-sale installment payments received over several years told the D.C. Circuit on Thursday that the U.S. Tax Court mistreated evidence that supports his claim to German residency after 2003.
