Dead Man's Son Says $10M Estate Tax Debt Is IRS's Own Fault

The son of deceased businessman and race horse owner Allen Paulson on Wednesday responded to the Internal Revenue Service's lawsuit against him and other relatives over $10.26 million, saying the IRS is itself to blame for not having collected the unpaid taxes nearly 15 years ago.
