IRS Did Its Job In Search For Italian Document, Judge Rules
A D.C. federal judge ruled Friday that the Internal Revenue Service doesn't have to continue its search for a document it allegedly obtained from Italian authorities related to a tax underpayment of nearly $1 million by a woman with both Italian and U.S. income, saying the agency complied with Freedom of Information Act requirements.
