IRS Prevails Against CPAs On Preparer Program At DC Circ.
The D.C. Circuit on Tuesday ruled that the Internal Revenue Service, after being challenged by a group of CPAs, did not violate federal law by implementing a program that allowed "unenrolled" tax preparers the ability to represent clients in a limited sense.
