IRS Tells 9th Circ. Education Deduction Was Properly Denied
The Internal Revenue Service told the Ninth Circuit Monday to affirm a U.S. Tax Court finding because it correctly denied a filmmaker's production company a deduction for his son's education costs and the agency did not violate his constitutional rights.
